In the beginning, she coordinated with the house remodeler, from getting the various building permits, to advising what parts of the house need to be repaired. The house was sold quickly due to the recommendations she made prior to putting the property on the market. One additional note about Joanne's excellent service. She took it upon herself to find service people during the busy holiday season to satisfy the buyers' additional requests in order that the house could close on the desired date. Selling a house is recognized as a major stress in one's life. We are so grateful that Joanne and her team took over the reins and handled everything meticulously each step of the way, allowing us to start and enjoy the next stage of our life in a new and unfamiliar state, minus the stress! This year has certainly been interesting for us. We moved from North Brunswick, NJ to Monroe Township, NJ in June. Our new home/office purchase and search was a great experience thanks to our fantastic real estate agent Joanne Covino at Re/Max Diamond Realtors @reillycovino . She had a gigantic challenge of finding us an accessible home with enough space for our offices. I cannot say enough about her and her team at Re/Max Diamond Realators. They made both the selling and buying process a super experience.We started our year recovering from #COVID19 which we contracted at the end of 2021. Our services switched to being conducted remotely and online, rather than in person, which proved to be a challenge for us to make our events #Accessible and #Inclusive. We quickly learned that no one platform for online events was inclusive of the needs of all disabilities.Moving our office operations also created numerous challenges. We had to contract with new companies for our telecommunications, internet, cable and phone services and it took the past six month to get all of that orchestrated. We endured several periods with an outage of our phone, internet and cable which made communication with all of you difficult. We took our website down once again to make changes and upgrade the quality of the website and user friendliness for anyone that uses screen readers or other adaptive devices to interact with our social media platforms and our website. We'll keep you updated on our progress and the date for relaunch.We met some awesome local first responders in our new community and we want to thank Monroe Township Office of Emergency Management , @monroe_pd and @monroefiredepartment Monroe Fire Department for the warm welcome to the community. Thank you for all you do to keep our community safe and healthy. Hopefully, we will have the chance in 2023 to stop by each of the departments and get better acquainted.Now we are ready for the holiday season to commence. We hope a of our friends, family, followers, clients and colleagues have a wonderful, safe holiday season. Who knows what's in store for us in 2023 but we look forward to the new year.

She asked what models and I told her which ones we had and she immediately said she had a client interested in the Williamsburg. Within the day we had the prospect look at the home and they committed to a contract before the day was finished. We ended up closing on the home within 6 weeks. If I could give Joanne 10 stars, that would not be enough. She is a phenomenal and professional real estate agent. Our family was looking to move from NY to NJ and I had tried many other agents before stumbling onto Joanne. She was attentive and concerned as well as understanding to list of specifics we were looking for. She worked with us and maintained contact continuously, at one point I was sure that she was giving us all of her time and attention. When we found a home that we liked, Joanne did not waste a moment getting us in to see the house. Unfortunately when we didn’t get that house, Joanne didn’t stop there. She wrote letters to all the home owners in the neighborhood we were looking in and hand delivered each one to their mailbox asking if they were looking to sell as she had a very serious buyer. In addition when we found the house we liked, she worked with the seller’s agent and moved things along well so that we would be closed and moved in before my kids start school. She helped along the entire process like a knowledgeable family member. Checking in on us and making sure we weren’t getting stressed. She was there with us in each step of the way. She even made herself available to us by phone while she was on vacation with her family. After the closing, due to personal reasons we couldn’t move right away, she offered to check in on the house to make sure there were no issues. If you want a seamless process and a concerned friend who stands by you every step of the way, you need Joanne. We have continued to refer all of our family to her.
