" This year has certainly been interesting for us. We moved from North Brunswick, NJ to Monroe Township, NJ in June. Our new home/office purchase and search was a great experience thanks to our fantastic real estate agent Joanne Covino at Re/Max Diamond Realtors @reillycovino . She had a gigantic challenge of finding us an accessible home with enough space for our offices. I cannot say enough about her and her team at Re/Max Diamond Realators. They made both the selling and buying process a super experience.We started our year recovering from #COVID19 which we contracted at the end of 2021. Our services switched to being conducted remotely and online, rather than in person, which proved to be a challenge for us to make our events #Accessible and #Inclusive. We quickly learned that no one platform for online events was inclusive of the needs of all disabilities.Moving our office operations also created numerous challenges. We had to contract with new companies for our telecommunications, internet, cable and phone services and it took the past six month to get all of that orchestrated. We endured several periods with an outage of our phone, internet and cable which made communication with all of you difficult. We took our website down once again to make changes and upgrade the quality of the website and user friendliness for anyone that uses screen readers or other adaptive devices to interact with our social media platforms and our website. We'll keep you updated on our progress and the date for relaunch.We met some awesome local first responders in our new community and we want to thank Monroe Township Office of Emergency Management , @monroe_pd and @monroefiredepartment Monroe Fire Department for the warm welcome to the community. Thank you for all you do to keep our community safe and healthy. Our family was looking to move from NY to NJ and I had tried many other agents before stumbling onto Joanne. She was attentive and concerned as well as understanding to list of specifics we were looking for. She worked with us and maintained contact continuously, at one point I was sure that she was giving us all of her time and attention. When we found a home that we liked, Joanne did not waste a moment getting us in to see the house. Unfortunately when we didn’t get that house, Joanne didn’t stop there.
